TravelPaa Private Limited, located in Pitampura, Delhi, is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment cycle specifically for roles within the travel industry. This position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹22,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes tailored to the travel sector.
- Recruit candidates primarily for sales and operational roles.
- Utilize various platforms such as job portals and social media to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct preliminary HR interviews, and oversee the entire interview coordination.
Eligibility Requirements
- Possess between six months to two years of recruitment experience.
- Preference for candidates with prior recruitment background in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
- Familiarity with multiple job portals, including Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and LinkedIn.
Required Competencies
