About the Role
We are looking to hire a seasoned HR Manager responsible for leading and overseeing all human resource functions while steering the company’s people strategies. This role supports business expansion and cultivates a positive workplace culture by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals.
- Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Lead performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and employee growth plans.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll, and reward programs.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Promote workplace engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
- Support workforce and succession planning initiatives along with organizational development efforts.
- Analyze HR data to offer actionable insights for leadership decisions.
- Oversee employee training and capacity-building programs.
- Manage HR information systems and digital HR tools such as HRIS and ATS.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategy with overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in HR management, HR generalist, or business partner roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in recruitment, employee relations, compensation strategies, and performance management.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS, ATS, and payroll tools is an asset.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
