Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and efficient HR Executive to help administer a variety of human resource functions. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills and manage the complete HR cycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Oversee attendance and leave management.
• Support performance coordination activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Facilitate smooth communication and interpersonal relations within teams.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in human resource management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and organizational capabilities.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
• Experience within startups or growing companies is advantageous.

Compensation and Joining

The salary will be competitive and based on industry benchmarks, candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the position. Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
