Position Overview

Pelletronix Power Products Private Limited is seeking a diligent HR Executive to oversee comprehensive human resource functions. The role involves managing recruitment cycles, maintaining employee databases, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering employee relations within the Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process including onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and update HR Information Systems.
  • Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and provide input for payroll processing.
