Overview
Healthcare IT Leaders is looking for a seasoned Healthcare Program Manager to support a major healthcare payer client. This fully remote contract position offers strong chances for long-term engagement.
Preferred Experience
- Background in the healthcare payer sector
- Functional expertise in areas such as Medicare Advantage, Pharmacy/PBM, Care Management, Claims, or Member Services
- Leadership experience in enterprise application development and system integration projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Agile methodologies
Technical Exposure
- Working knowledge of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platforms and custom application development
- Handling enterprise-level system integrations
Essential Skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams for successful project outcomes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
