Healthcare Program Manager

Overview

Healthcare IT Leaders is looking for a seasoned Healthcare Program Manager to support a major healthcare payer client. This fully remote contract position offers strong chances for long-term engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Background in the healthcare payer sector
• Functional expertise in areas such as Medicare Advantage, Pharmacy/PBM, Care Management, Claims, or Member Services
• Leadership experience in enterprise application development and system integration projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Agile methodologies

Technical Exposure

• Working knowledge of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platforms and custom application development
• Handling enterprise-level system integrations

Essential Skills

• Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams for successful project outcomes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
