About the Role
We are partnering with a prominent service sector company located in Slough to recruit a Head of Operations during an exciting phase of expansion. This senior leadership position entails overseeing a broad operational division, steering performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous advancements on a national scale. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating within the senior leadership team, the role is pivotal in shaping the operational strategy while ensuring flawless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of about 30 individuals fostering a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.
- Boost operational outcomes by effective planning, managing resources efficiently, and utilizing data-driven decisions.
- Manage service delivery, warehouse operations, inventory control, and operational scheduling.
- Pinpoint and apply process improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency, scalability, and enhancing customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with sales and support departments to achieve business goals and optimize customer loyalty.
- Contribute to ongoing system, process, and best practice operational developments.

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers an attractive salary package ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 annually, along with a bonus.
