Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your technical skills on active client projects in civil engineering.
• Build expertise in earthworks and grading, including the use of 3D modelling software.
• Carry out stormwater and wastewater calculations to assist in pipe network design and comprehensive site stormwater management.
• Implement relevant local and national standards and codes to address engineering challenges and guide design efforts.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design sectors.
• Gain knowledge and guidance from experienced technical mentors.
• Enhance your competencies through workshops, self-directed learning, and leadership development programs.
• Work towards achieving professional accreditation and chartership with support from your team.
• Engage with the Early Careers Network, Limelight, to build connections.

Candidate Profile

• Completion or near completion of a recognized Civil Engineering degree accredited by the Washington Accords.
• Availability to commence full-time employment starting February 2027.
• Keen interest in earthworks, stormwater, wastewater systems, and land development engineering.
• A natural curiosity and commitment to tackling real-world engineering problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Driven to develop both technical and client-facing consulting expertise.
