Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced gaming professional with practical casino expertise to enhance our casino game offerings. The role involves contributing to gameplay design, optimizing rules and procedures, and evaluating game prototypes. Drawing from dealer and player viewpoints, the consultant will provide valuable insights to create more genuine, fluid, and engaging user experiences in our casino game products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough gameplay testing for table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Sic Bo, recommending improvements to game flow and dealing procedures aligned with player preferences.
• Evaluate and refine game rules in adherence to both international standards and local market variations, including regions like Macau, Singapore, and the Philippines.
• Enhance dealer operations by applying real casino experiences to improve card handling, payout systems, betting cycles, and animation speeds to boost authenticity and viewer engagement.
• Engage in prototype assessments, feature reviews, and user acceptance testing to deliver actionable feedback for product refinement.
• Analyze player behavior patterns, including betting dynamics, retention factors, and drop-off points, facilitating data-driven product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience working in casinos, especially with table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo.
• Deep understanding of casino operational procedures and dealer workflows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of table game rules, regional gameplay differences, and player behavior tendencies.
• Strong ability to convert dealer and player insights into clear documentation and feasible recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity for cross-departmental collaboration with teams including Product, Game Design, UX, and Animation.
• Passion for casino games and acute awareness of gameplay quality and user experience.
• Detail-oriented with the aptitude to articulate professional observations effectively.
• Enthusiasm for driving product innovation and continuous development.
