Job Overview

AO is seeking dedicated FLT (Forklift Truck) Drivers to join the Night Team based in Stoke. This role involves operating 2-2.5t trucks, with comprehensive training provided. We are committed to fostering a workplace where employees can thrive and contribute to delivering excellent service.

Key Details

• Hourly pay: £13.79
• Weekly hours: 40.25
• Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off in rotation
• Shift timing: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply manual handling techniques and comply with health and safety procedures learned in training.
• Handle large appliances and carry out heavy manual activities confidently.
• Reduce the risk of damage by following appliance handling guidelines.
• Report any accidents, product faults, or damage incidents promptly.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Successful candidates should be self-reliant while also capable of working collaboratively within a team to maintain motivation during shifts.
