Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive in Trichur, Kerala, specializing in the Paint, Chemical, and Building Materials industry. This position is contractual for over one year and involves expanding market presence by meeting sales targets and engaging directly with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed designated sales goals.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct at least two site visits daily to foster customer connections and identify opportunities.
• Dedicate a minimum of two hours each day to customer interaction at assigned retail stores.
• Hold weekly meetings with applicators to facilitate communication and sales strategies.
• Submit daily sales reports through a provided online portal promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication abilities with a focus on building client relationships.
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
• Graduation is preferred but not strictly required.
• Applicants with 6 to 12 months experience in channel sales, specifically in paints, laminates, ply, electricals, or lubricants, will be prioritized.
• Fresh graduates and candidates from insurance or banking sales backgrounds are also eligible to apply.
• Fluency in Malayalam is essential, with basic English communication skills desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly take-home salary ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000.
• Additional travel allowance of ₹5,000 per month.
