Key Responsibilities

• Engage with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions across Uttar Pradesh.
• Develop leads and enroll students in various LGCC educational programs.
• Promote career counseling, skill development initiatives, job-oriented courses, internships, and placement assistance.
• Establish and nurture relationships with students, parents, education providers, and local partners.
• Organize seminars, awareness drives, and promotional activities to increase program visibility.
• Achieve monthly targets related to admissions and sales.
• Maintain detailed daily reports documenting visits and lead statuses.
• Collaborate with counseling teams to ensure effective student follow-up.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Completion of 12th grade; graduates preferred.
• Open to both fresh candidates and those with experience.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident demeanor with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively in the designated region.
• Possession of a motorcycle/bike and a valid driving license is required.
