Job Overview
As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm Service Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through proactive sales activities in the assigned geographic area. The role requires generating leads by various outreach methods and engaging potential clients in face-to-face interactions to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective customers within the designated area to generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, chats, and door-to-door visits.
- Organize in-person meetings with potential clients to effectively communicate product benefits and align offerings with customer needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to build strong relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and obtain referrals.
- Execute field sales strategies aiming to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth.
- Earn additional incentives up to INR 6000 based on performance.
- Onboard new members into the Paytm ecosystem.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from INR 16,500 to INR 20,500 with potential to earn sales incentives up to INR 6,000.
