Role overview
An established financial services organisation in London’s West End is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a long-standing Executive Committee of senior leaders. This is a permanent, office-based role where you will help keep executive support and the wider office running efficiently.
The position offers a salary of up to £55,000 plus bonus, and is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and is confident handling both senior-level support and day-to-day office coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage busy diaries and calendars for the Executive Committee and other team members.
- Arrange intricate international travel plans, including accommodation.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, stakeholders and senior executives.
- Deliver high-level administrative assistance across the team.
- Track expenses and support budget-related tasks.
- Plan internal meetings, events and external functions.
- Greet guests and maintain a polished, professional reception experience.
- Keep the office running smoothly by handling supplies, facilities and general workplace needs.
Candidate profile
- Proven background as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite, Partner or Director-level leaders.
- Strong organisational ability and excellent diary management capability.
- Experience working across several international time zones.
- Self-starting, flexible and highly detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Comfortable in a busy, changing environment.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Package and working pattern
- Annual salary of up to £55,000.
- Performance-based bonus included.
- Permanent full-time employment.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Role is fully office-based in London’s West End.
