About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Engineer specialized in managing key bulk water customers to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves ensuring excellent service standards, overseeing water metering systems, and supporting operational excellence in water distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with major bulk water clients to maintain exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the installation, upkeep, and functionality of water metering equipment, verifying meter accuracy and data integrity.
- Deliver technical assistance related to water metering, billing processes, and operational challenges while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Track water usage, service effectiveness, and operational metrics, compiling analytical reports and suggestions for ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with operations, metering, and customer service departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Health and Safety guidelines, and organizational operational policies.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and customer records, supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of nine years' experience in key account management, water distribution, or utility operations.
- Extensive knowledge of water distribution systems, bulk water operations, and advanced smart metering technologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing customer relationships, solving technical issues, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and oral; Arabic language skills are desirable.
