Position Overview
This entry-level Designer role provides an excellent opportunity for junior interior designers or recent graduates to participate in various projects under the supervision of senior staff, enhancing skills in spatial planning, concept development, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support using AutoCAD and Revit to prepare project documentation.
- Help produce graphic materials including 3D renderings and digital illustrations.
- Contribute to the development of finish plans, specifications, and material selection.
- Assist design leads in coordinating design concepts and project workflow.
- Draft space planning requirements and compile program documents.
- Support project meetings involving consultants, furniture suppliers, manufacturers, and product representatives to achieve project goals.
- Assist during construction administration by managing submittals.
- Maintain communication with industry partners and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in interior design, including internships; recent graduates with strong design skills are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Capability to develop comprehensive presentation packages.
- Competency in core interior design technical tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software like 3D Studio Max and Lumion is advantageous.
