Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and business intelligence reports using modern visualization platforms.
• Examine data related to operations, sales, recruitment, and finance to identify trends, areas for improvement, and critical insights.
• Create scalable reporting architectures, data models, and key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks supporting business expansion.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across various platforms and departments.
• Develop cloud-based automated workflows to simplify reporting and minimize manual tasks.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance reporting efficiency and automate processes.
• Execute data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting with SQL.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation, reporting, and automation tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience designing dashboards with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data workflows, REST APIs, and integration processes.
• Knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent large language models.
• Understanding of automation, workflow enhancements, and business process optimizations.
• Demonstrated ability to support operations through analytical insights and performance reports.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and the capability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
