Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist within the SightMap Team, you will play a crucial role in Engrain's expanding and fast-paced environment. You will lead customer onboarding processes and manage software project plans, focusing on gathering and verifying content, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that projects conform to the organization's quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding and project launch lifecycle by carefully coordinating schedules and internal resources to achieve timely and accurate client implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Engrain’s platform by advising clients on product use, troubleshooting technical difficulties, and configuring technology and content to guarantee an optimal user experience.
- Serve as the main client liaison to collect necessary materials, clarify complex technical details, and resolve any obstacles encountered during project execution.
- Ensure high standards of quality by rigorously reviewing content, checking design elements, and testing technology prior to rollouts.
- Identify and address issues proactively to maintain project momentum, applying adaptable problem-solving approaches to meet evolving technical challenges and client needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2-4 years of experience in project management, customer success, or related customer-facing roles, ideally within a technology or SaaS context.
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master new platforms and understand interactive and system best practices, including CRM, CMS, and project management software.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and convincingly both in speech and writing.
- Showcase exceptional organizational abilities to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
- Maintain a driven and client-focused approach with a history of achieving high customer satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range from $59,000 to $66,000 for Colorado candidates, with final salary determined by experience, certifications, and relevant skills.
