Overview
HILIVING ESTATE is seeking a CRM Executive with strong communication skills and experience in customer relationship management and post-sales support. Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and CRM software, equipped with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and able to liaise efficiently with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of post-sales CRM activities.
- Handle customer documentation, agreements, and handover processes meticulously.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system and prepare MIS reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and CRM software applications.
