Role Overview

The Course Advisor role is dynamic and involves engaging with a wide array of individuals each day. This position serves as the primary point of contact for potential students, their families, and community stakeholders. By understanding and responding to their needs, the advisor inspires and encourages students to progress toward their ambitions within the Primary Industries sector.

Additionally, the role entails acting as a brand ambassador, promoting NZMA's offerings to schools, organizations, and the broader community, highlighting the educational opportunities available.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • The ideal candidate is personable, outgoing, and empathetic, with a strong belief in education's transformative power.
  • Passion for assisting others in achieving growth through education and fostering motivation in prospective students is essential.
  • Experience or a background in the Primary Industries sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • An interest in understanding individual needs, uncovering potential, and embracing new challenges in a dynamic environment is vital.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided upon hiring.
