Gallagher Ireland, part of the Arthur J. Gallagher Group with over a century of insurance experience, seeks a Commercial Account Executive for its Dublin office. We specialize in customized business, personal, and financial insurance solutions, backed by a network spanning 130+ countries and more than 70,000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture client relationships, expanding your portfolio by offering customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Engage in negotiations with insurers to obtain optimal coverage and conditions that meet client requirements.
• Organize and prioritize your workload to adhere to client deadlines and maintain accurate sales strategies.
• Build a strong sales pipeline to meet targets and actively identify new commercial prospects.
• Collaborate effectively with other Gallagher departments to promote respectful and productive teamwork.
• Manage policy renewals, prepare submissions, and ensure timely issuance of accurate documentation.
• Comply with regulatory standards by completing continuous professional development and following CPC and AML/TF codes.
• Advise clients expertly on policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as an Account Executive within insurance brokerage or a similar insurance environment.
• Possession of a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification and progress towards a Management Diploma in Insurance (MDI).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial insurance market, its products, and services.
• Familiarity with client markets and a well-established network within the insurance industry.
