We are recruiting Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) specialists with a background in MBBS for positions in Hyderabad and Chennai. Candidates with no prior experience or relevant experience are welcome. This role offers a competitive salary package reaching up to 850000 INR annually and emphasizes immediate joining preference.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Examine patient medical records to verify that documentation is thorough and precise.
• Evaluate physicians’ notes to ensure they accurately portray the patient's clinical conditions.
• Detect gaps or deficits in clinical documentation and collaborate to rectify them.
• Work closely with physicians and medical coding teams to enhance documentation standards.
• Facilitate correct ICD coding by ensuring completeness of documentation.
• Adhere to healthcare documentation regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• A valid MBBS degree in any specialization is mandatory.
• Sound understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and disease mechanisms.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with effective communication skills.
