A reputable hospital in Varanasi is seeking a Critical Care Specialist to deliver top-tier medical treatment to critically ill patients within the ICU environment. This role demands active coordination with multidisciplinary teams to craft and execute patient-specific care plans and involves routine clinical evaluations and adjustments to therapies.

Key Duties

• Provide exceptional care to patients with critical illnesses in ICU settings.
• Work collaboratively with diverse medical teams to establish and follow customized treatment plans.
• Conduct daily patient rounds to monitor progress and modify treatments accordingly.
• Engage in emergency response activities, including participation in code blue teams and provision of anesthesia during urgent procedures.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient information, medication usage, and laboratory findings.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from no prior to five years in an intensivist or similar position.
• Possession of an M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized institute in any specialization.
• Additional credentials such as IDCCM and IFCCM are required, along with MD, DNB, or DA qualifications in Anesthesiology with critical care exposure.
• Comprehensive understanding of critical care practices, anesthesia methodologies, and ICU operation protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills facilitating efficient teamwork across healthcare professionals.
