Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Client Management Specialist based in Jammu to support our jewellery business. You will engage with customers through WhatsApp and Instagram, assisting brides and shoppers in selecting jewellery pieces, handling order processing, and overseeing inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and Instagram platforms.
- Assist clients, especially brides and shoppers, in choosing jewellery items.
- Manage order processing to ensure smooth progress.
- Update product listings on the Shopify ecommerce platform.
- Oversee inventory levels and stock movements.
- Coordinate operations with dispatch teams and workshop departments.
- Take charge of daily business operations to maintain seamless functioning.

Additional Information
