Role Overview
The role of a Cinepollite Associate involves multiple customer service and operational tasks within the cinema environment, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable movie-going experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticket sales at the box office professionally.
- Sell food and beverage items at concession stands and Coffee Tree outlets.
- Assist customers by enrolling them in Club Cinepolis membership programs.
- Verify tickets and guide customers to their auditorium seats.
- Prepare for busy periods and intervals through pre-rush preparations (PRP).
- Take food and beverage orders from customers seated in auditoriums and provide seat service.
- Address standard customer inquiries and provide helpful guidance.
- Report any serious customer issues promptly to supervisory staff.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
- Adhere strictly to company operational processes and standards.
- Collect trays from auditoriums following showtimes.
- Clean trays and other equipment thoroughly at shift end.
- Perform deep cleaning duties across all food and beverage operation areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by cleaning counters and serving areas consistently.

Compensation and Location
This position is based in the Delhi-NCR region and offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 18,000 INR.
