Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at OneConcord AI will take charge of defining and directing the company's long-term strategy and vision while ensuring effective execution of business objectives. This fully remote, full-time position encompasses oversight of the company's financial health, operational effectiveness, and growth initiatives including revenue generation, profitability, and market expansion.

The CEO will collaborate closely with leadership teams to shape product strategies and go-to-market approaches, foster partnerships, and strengthen OneConcord AI's standing within the enterprise AI sector. Daily responsibilities include leading multifunctional teams, managing business planning cycles, making critical investment decisions, and acting as the company's representative to clients, partners, and investors.

Fostering a culture marked by teamwork, accountability, and ethical AI application is essential, along with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Expertise in finance and business planning encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss accountability.
• Proven operational management experience, capable of optimizing workflows, scaling teams, and enhancing organizational efficiency.
• Successful background in sales leadership and business growth, including crafting go-to-market strategies and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Strong strategic planning skills with a demonstrated history of setting vision, prioritizing initiatives, and executing long-term plans.
• Previous executive leadership roles, preferably within technology or enterprise software sectors with comprehensive responsibility for overall company results.
• Proficiency in steering remote and distributed teams with excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of AI, SaaS, or cloud platforms is highly advantageous, especially familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, or service domains.
• Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields; higher qualifications such as an MBA are beneficial.
