Overview

Recroot Africa is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Business Development / Relationship Manager to join a leading investment and capital markets firm based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The role requires working in tandem with the CEO to drive client acquisition, cultivate lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives within the securities and financial services sector in East Africa.
