Role overview

In this position, you will support recruitment business growth by building client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and working with the consultant team to deliver suitable candidate placements. The role is focused on client communication, solutioning, and helping maintain both customer satisfaction and business profitability.

What you'll do

  • Study target markets and industry segments to identify hiring demand, market movements, competitor activity, and talent supply.
  • Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing accounts by understanding each client’s goals, company culture, and recruitment requirements.
  • Advise clients on recruitment approaches and shape tailored hiring solutions based on their priorities.
  • Coordinate with the Consultant Team to manage newly secured job positions and keep communication clear on role requirements, client expectations, and suitable candidate profiles.
  • Lead discussions with clients on engagement terms, service fees, contract conditions, and candidate offers, aiming for agreements that work for both sides while protecting commercial outcomes.
  • Represent the business at networking sessions, industry functions, and professional events to widen contacts and create new business opportunities.
