About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive or Manager specializing in IT staffing to join our rapidly expanding team based in Greater Noida (Sector 4) with a hybrid working model. The role offers a monthly salary of ₹30,000 along with appealing incentives and travel allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new client opportunities in IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and business collaborators.
- Drive lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and coordinate seamlessly with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to track industry developments and competitors.
- Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial arrangements.
- Maintain customer relationship management systems, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with internal departments to uphold excellent client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on targets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and client acquisition strategies.
