About the Role
Soul Origin Marion is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join their team. This role involves working with premium Specialty Coffee and state-of-the-art brewing equipment to craft excellent coffee beverages in a lively, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to Soul Origin customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee tools and equipment regularly.
Qualifications and Attributes
- At least one year of prior Barista experience.
- Possess a positive outlook and confidence to interact with customers effectively.
- Team player capable of assisting in general tasks including serving salads and soups.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Awareness and understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Knowledge of Specialty Coffee is considered an advantage.
