Role Overview

The Automotive Software Onboarding Specialist for Fixed Operations focuses on facilitating customer training and support during the deployment of the PBS v10 Apex software, specifically within Parts & Service departments. This individual will help users integrate the platform seamlessly into their daily routines, ensuring engagement, knowledge retention, and successful adoption through virtual sessions and ongoing assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance dealership operational flow by guiding effective software usage of PBS v10 Apex.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the PBS v10 Apex suite and its training methodology.
  • Provide support during software deployment, transition, and encourage active adoption within daily fixed operations.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions tailored to assigned software modules.
  • Promote best practices to maximize product utilization and long-term customer success.
  • Follow up post-training to bolster retention and user confidence.
  • Identify and address customer gaps in software use and comprehension.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Respond promptly to training requests internally and externally.
  • Document and escalate software issues appropriately.
  • Monitor and manage the v10 Apex support queue consistently.

Qualifications
