Enterprise Mobility is seeking a dependable and committed individual to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer based in Waterloo, Ontario. This role offers an hourly wage of $18.25 and is located at 379 Weber St. N., Waterloo, ON N2J 3J2.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Thursday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Rotating weekends on Saturday and Sunday

Role Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors following industry cleanliness protocols
  • Wash, dry, and clean exteriors of various vehicle types including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Inspect fuel levels, dashboard warnings, windshield condition, and reset vehicle settings to erase previous customer data
  • Check and replenish fluid levels; examine tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
  • Verify vehicle registration matches license plates and ensure no customer belongings remain, securing valuables in Lost & Found
  • Fuel vehicles and prepare them for customer use
  • Identify any safety issues, reporting warning lights or damage; remove vehicles from processing if necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and promptly report any hazards
  • Use equipment such as carpet shampooers and air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
  • Assist customers as needed, including transportation to and from the branch location
  • Contribute to overall site upkeep by cleaning interiors, exteriors, desktops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and sweeping parking areas
  • Proactively seek to improve skills and performance through self-evaluation, training, and goal setting
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
  • Carry out other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license with a driving record showing no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
  • No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on driver record in the past five years
  • Authorized to work in Canada without needing company-sponsored work authorization currently or in the future
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds to assist customers
  • Available to work specified shifts including rotating weekends
  • At least 18 years of age
