Role Overview
The role of Associate Manager - Acquisition (CASA) Sales is focused on onboarding new customers specifically for current and savings accounts. You will identify prospects, engage through various communication channels, highlight product benefits, and close acquisition. Maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term relationships is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire current and savings accounts within defined customer segments and generate customer references within the bank's catchment area.
- Maintain high standards of acquisition quality in terms of customer constitution, product, and segment fit.
- Facilitate onboarding and activate customers on the bank's digital platforms.
- Support Senior Sales Manager in mapping the catchment area and branch planning.
- Regularly report customer needs and business opportunities to senior management.
- Comply rigorously with organizational sales compliance guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure quality sourcing adhering strictly to internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct outreach activities to attract high-net-worth individual (HNI) customers and build strong brand visibility locally.
- Engage with central initiatives and secure referrals from existing clients proactively.
- Collaborate with team members and other functions to ensure comprehensive customer product and service offerings.
