Position Overview

The Adviser to Staff will be an integral member of the People and Culture team, reporting directly to the Manager Injury Prevention and Wellbeing. This role focuses on providing coaching and psychological counselling to staff, alongside delivering preventative initiatives to teams via educational sessions, support programs, and early intervention services. Additionally, the Adviser will contribute expertise to the design and implementation of safety and wellbeing projects concerning staff mental health and overall wellbeing.

While experience in the Higher Education or Education sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

  • Salary Range: $141,637 to $148,403 per annum, plus 17% superannuation
