About the Role
Onycon Infrastructure seeks experienced Administration Executives with 4 to 8 years of relevant expertise to join their team in Mumbai's Andheri West locality. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative background and be proficient in managing multiple office functions within the construction and heavy civil infrastructure sector.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive office administration tasks including facility management, housekeeping, security, transport, and office maintenance.
- Manage budgeting and process optimization for administrative functions.
- Coordinate various services to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Ensure strict adherence to management-established rules and recommend service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements necessary for smooth office operations and implement best practices.
- Conduct audits and inspections of site offices regularly, including travel to construction sites across India to set up staff accommodations for current and new projects, ensuring security compliance.
- Resolve moderately complex issues independently with limited supervision; escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on shipment tracking and liaison activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Human Resources and Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any Graduate or Diploma Holder in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of pertinent experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent communication abilities and computer literacy.
Additional Information
- Position is based strictly in Andheri West, Mumbai, and candidates from Mumbai only will be considered.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior administration experience within any industry.
- Role reports to HR, MD, or CEO, categorized under Administration & Facilities within the Engineering and Construction industry.
- Travel requirement entails a minimum of seven days per month or quarter to various construction sites across India.
