Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to strengthen our Large Client Solutions team within Snap’s Advertising Solutions. This dynamic position involves forming and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading brands and agencies to expand their digital presence on Snapchat in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, nurture, and grow relationships and ad spend with priority clients and agencies to exceed advertising performance expectations.
- Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists during RFPs to craft innovative, data-driven digital campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
- Manage multi-faceted projects requiring coordination across various teams internally and with external partners.
- Analyze in-depth campaign data to inform KPI-focused evaluations, identify trends, optimize campaign effectiveness, and recommend upsell possibilities.
- Act as a product expert, educating clients on existing and emerging Snap products while advising on best practices and customized campaign enhancements.
- Promote usage of Snap’s self-service platforms and auction-based technologies, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of advertising metrics and digital media ecosystem.
- Experience with media management in a biddable auction environment and ability to train stakeholders including advertisers and agencies.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills and capacity to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Effective collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and management hierarchies.
- Adaptability to work successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience interpreting complex data to assess campaign success and crafting data-driven narratives to improve results.
- Minimum of 3 years working with clients to understand brand strategy, product features, competitive landscape, and issues while performing comprehensive data analyses for both short- and long-term planning.
- Experience within digital media focused on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic real-time bidding platforms.
- Fluency in German is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing connections with client decision-makers and brand marketers.
- Proven history of meeting targets and gaining favorable client feedback.
- Personal enthusiasm and knowledge of Snapchat and its advertising products.
Additional Information
