Job description
About the Company
Arabia Cars is a growing enterprise in the automotive sector, supplying vehicles and spare parts to businesses across the region. Our team members play versatile roles and contribute actively to the company's progress. We seek an individual eager to develop and advance alongside us.
Job Overview
Your principal responsibility will be to secure commercial contracts, including fleet deals with companies, supply agreements with agencies and showrooms, and wholesale accounts with spare parts shops and workshops. This role extends beyond narrow sales; you will engage with multiple departments such as operations, marketing, and customer follow-up, gaining insight into overall business management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients like fleet buyers, agencies, showrooms, and spare parts dealers, cultivating relationships that convert into contracts.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and follow through until deal closure and signing.
- Leverage technology by using customer relationship management systems (CRM), spreadsheets, online research, and digital communication tools including email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Contribute to improving internal systems by developing new tools and processes not yet available within the company.
- Support other departments, including inventory management, marketing, and customer service, ensuring variety and dynamism in weekly tasks.
- Provide weekly reports on deal progress and achievements.
Candidate Profile
- Technical background with certifications, courses, or practical experience in software, IT, or digital tools.
- Proactive and self-driven, taking initiative without needing direction.
- Eager to learn; while sales experience is advantageous, ambition and seriousness are prioritized. Training on automotive industry specifics will be provided.
- Comfortable interacting with business owners, fleet managers, and shop proprietors.
- Organized and dependable, with strong follow-up, promise-keeping, and documentation skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to visit clients.
- Fluency in Arabic and/or English according to market needs.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Any prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, or basic web tools.
- Interest in cars and the automotive sector.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of 5000 QAR plus commission for each contract you help close.
- Exposure to all company departments for comprehensive learning — this role is a stepping stone, not a rigid template.
- Direct communication with management and a meaningful role in company growth.
- Reimbursement of phone and transportation expenses.
