Trainer Electricity (MV/HV)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Trainer specializing in Electricity (Medium Voltage and High Voltage) to design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs tailored for electrical personnel. This position requires leading both theoretical classroom sessions and hands-on practical training focused on MV and HV systems, as well as evaluating the competence of trainees ensuring adherence to safety and technical regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on MV and HV electrical systems effectively.
• Design and implement structured classroom and practical training modules.
• Assess and certify trainees based on knowledge and practical skills through evaluations and exams.
• Organize and coordinate training schedules, resources, and materials.
• Maintain training facilities, tools, and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to learners throughout the program.
• Regularly update and improve training content, methods, and materials.
• Ensure strict compliance of all training activities with safety standards and organizational policies.
• Compile detailed reports and keep accurate records of trainee progress.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the electrical engineering field.
• Minimum 1-year experience in technical training, learning and development, or related instructional delivery roles.
• Preferably experienced in sectors such as utilities, power generation, transmission, or electrical distribution.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Medium Voltage and High Voltage electrical systems.
• Proven ability to create and conduct effective technical training programs.
• Valid Train the Trainer certification is required.
• Bilingual capability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, presentation and mentoring skills.
