Role Overview

This full-time, field-based Territory Sales Manager role covers the Huntsville, Alabama market and requires an on-site presence in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong in-market execution by improving perfect-store standards, including assortment, shelf placement, displays, and promotional presence.
  • Carry out the brand’s sales strategy across retail accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Perform account audits, identify opportunities, and share findings through CRM-based reporting.
  • Work alongside distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and important account visits.
  • Assist with broader regional sales programs as assigned by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Join weekly sales meetings to review results and set future targets.
  • Track, meet, and report daily, weekly, and quarterly performance goals.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally in beverages, distributor sales, or a similar field.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR check.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach to work.
  • Comfort working in daily face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Good verbal and written communication ability.
  • Capability to present information and engage large peer groups.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and field sales reporting tools.
