Role Overview

We are searching for a knowledgeable and energetic Technology Support Engineer to lead concert technology services within our arena. This role involves managing and deploying concert-related equipment, supporting game day operations particularly in scoring engineering, and providing tier 1 IT support involving audio, broadcast, and signage systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage concert technology equipment setups and serve as the principal contact for concert-related tech requirements.
  • Deploy and maintain communications infrastructure, assisted listening devices, and fulfill signage requests.
  • Deliver helpdesk support covering audio, broadcast, signage, and equipment installations or relocations such as TVs, printers, and computers.
  • Perform cable maintenance, audio mixing for small-scale events, and assist broadcast and network teams with programming, patching, video, and audio routing tasks.
  • Operate as a scoring engineer during basketball games when assigned.
