Noted Talent is a rapidly expanding digital creator management agency focused on building durable, strategic partnerships between creators and brands.
Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Talent Coordinator supports the talent management team with campaign coordination, creator communication, record keeping, and performance tracking. This is a remote position that helps keep creator campaigns organized and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Talent Managers in executing daily campaign tasks across the creator roster.
- Keep campaign schedules, deliverables, and creative assets organized and up to date.
- Communicate with creators about campaign briefs, due dates, and brand requirements.
- Check creator submissions for brand alignment as well as FTC and platform disclosure compliance before publication.
- Gather campaign results and prepare recap reports for talent managers and brand partners.
- Maintain orderly records of campaign files, agreements, and correspondence in internal tools.
- Handle general administrative tasks for the talent management team when needed.
Ideal Profile
The company is looking for someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and dependable in following through on tasks. The right candidate should communicate clearly, manage several priorities at once, and be comfortable working on their own in a fast-moving remote setup. Interest in the creator economy, social media trends, and digital storytelling is important. Prior experience in influencer marketing or talent management is helpful, but not mandatory, as training can be provided.
