Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a Project Coordinator focused on change management work in a remote setup. The position centers on supporting rollout activities, keeping project work organized, and helping teams stay aligned on deliverables and timelines.
Compensation
Pay is offered at $15 to $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management tasks and related coordination work.
- Arrange meetings and prepare agendas in advance.
- Keep project schedules on track and monitor timeline progress.
- Record action items, follow up on them, and ensure they are progressing.
- Watch change management deliverables for delays or risks and escalate concerns when needed.
- Provide progress updates and reporting inputs for leadership communication.
- Assist with rollout execution by maintaining distribution lists and tracking communications.
- Work with different stakeholders to support smooth delivery of change initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation and keep records organized, accurate, and up to date.
Experience Needed
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience.
