System and Process Manager - Digital Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

Join the HUK-COBURG insurance group as a System and Process Manager in Digital Real Estate Management located in Coburg. The position plays a vital role in advancing the real estate management domain by driving projects, enhancing processes, and promoting digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and engage in partial or complete projects aimed at enhancing real estate management procedures.
• Analyze, streamline, and further develop business processes while overseeing digitalization initiatives.
• Administer, configure, and evolve IT systems utilized in real estate management such as Yuneo, California, and ArchiCAD.
• Plan, execute, and oversee system tests and maintain system access and permission frameworks.
• Maintain information management systems, advance the internal control system (ICS), and coordinate document archiving.
• Establish and manage system and budget structures within Yuneo software.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• Alternatively, a technical or IT apprenticeship combined with several years of experience in real estate or system-related environments.
• Knowledge of construction, facility management, or property administration along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized software.
• Strong enthusiasm for IT systems, digitalization, and process management coupled with eagerness to improve applications and workflows.
• Analytical mindset and forward-thinking approach, working in a goal-oriented, responsible manner with a passion for innovation and knowledge sharing.
• Confident and professional communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
