Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of SSP (Supply Side Platform) partner relationships and devise development strategies on a global scale.
• Monitor and enhance the DSP’s (Demand Side Platform) integration with supply partners to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain continuous availability of brand-safe, premium advertising inventory.
• Supervise the operations team handling supply chain performance and quality assurance.
• Forge new partnerships by identifying opportunities with emerging SSPs.
• Work collaboratively across diverse teams within a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.

Mandatory Qualifications & Expertise

• 5 to over 10 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
• Specialized knowledge in viewability metrics, optimization techniques, PMP deals, and ad fraud measurement working with ad-verification platforms such as MOAT, DoubleVerify, and Nielsen DAR.
• Expertise in inventory management focused on prioritization strategies.
• Experience dealing with global advertising networks.
• In-depth understanding of digital advertising protocols like VAST, VPAID, and OpenRTB.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects punctually.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, adept at engaging with Senior Executives and peers.
• Advanced analytical, operational, and business intelligence acumen.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and Operative.One platforms.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Desirable programming skills include XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python, among others.
