Key Responsibilities

• Motivate, engage, and train associates, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.
• Promote workplace safety by enforcing safety and operational protocols.

• Resolve operational issues and monitor adherence to processes effectively.
• Learn and apply Kaizen and Lean methodologies to enhance productivity.
• Plan workloads efficiently to optimize fleet and equipment use.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science/Analytics, or related fields advantageous.
• Proven leadership through school, community, organizations, or military experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Preferred internship or related experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable navigating various technological platforms.
• Committed to personal growth, receptive to feedback, and self-aware.
• Highly responsible, results-driven, detail-oriented, and effective at managing time and organizing tasks.
• Capable of building positive workplace relationships at all levels.
• Consistent, reliable attendance is essential.
• Flexible to travel as needed and work the required schedules and locations.
• Successful candidates must undergo application, background checks (including employment, education, criminal history), and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

• The role requires regular standing, walking, sitting, and manual handling.
• Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 lbs (12 kg).

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage of $25.00 per hour with an average yearly compensation of approximately $55,000 including overtime.

Additional Information
