About the Role

Join us as a Store Manager where you will lead the creation of exceptional coffee experiences and foster a welcoming community atmosphere every day. As a leader, you will inspire your team to deliver moments full of connection and joy, while nurturing their growth and development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Lead and mentor your team with strong leadership and coaching skills, guiding partners with professionalism and maturity.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial approach to managing a sales-driven retail setting.
  • Utilize your excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to enhance store performance.
  • Possess a minimum of three years’ experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively four or more years of service in the U.S. Military.
  • Have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Provide legal documents proving identity and employment authorization for the country of application.
  • Be available to work full-time hours exceeding 40 hours per week, including flexible shifts during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
