• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
• Regularly check and organize stock levels to ensure the kitchen is fully supplied and prepared for smooth operations.
• Perform critical cleaning duties such as mopping floors and disposing of waste to keep the kitchen hygienic.
• Assist in event preparations by setting up clean serviceware for banquets and special functions.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisory staff.
• Provide guidance and support by training new team members to boost overall team excellence.
