About the Role

This position involves working primarily with Arabic-speaking markets, closely collaborating with the Dubai headquarters to support regional marketing initiatives. The role is critical for the team, requiring a professional who comprehends the intricacies of influencer casting, audience alignment, and creating ideal talent combinations for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer casting for campaigns, emphasizing regional talent selection.
• Develop and nurture relationships with influencers, agents, and talent managers.
• Interpret client briefs to formulate strategic recommendations for talent acquisition.
• Manage communication, negotiation, and onboarding processes for influencers.
• Supervise the entire campaign execution cycle to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate intensively with strategy and client service teams located in Dubai.
• Stay informed on trends, emerging influencers, and platform changes within the region.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency.
• Proven expertise in casting talents for regional campaigns.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the regional influencer environment, including identifying impactful creators.
• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
• Highly organized to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable with remote work while maintaining alignment with regional teams.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and English proficiency is required.
