Job description
About the Role
We seek a proficient and accountable Service Engineer to manage the installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of various CNC machinery, including Wood Router CNC, Stone Router CNC, and Laser Cutting Machines.
Responsibilities
- Execute installation and commissioning of CNC equipment at client sites.
- Perform routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues affecting machines.
- Deliver demonstrations and provide fundamental training to operators on machine use.
- Address customer complaints and respond to service calls promptly.
- Ensure optimal machine functionality and the prompt resolution of all technical problems.
- Keep detailed and accurate service reports and maintenance records.
- Travel as necessary to customer locations to provide onsite support.
