Role Overview
G4S Facilities Management invites applications for the position of Service Centre Operative based at Churchill Hospital in Oxford. This permanent, full-time role involves working 40 hours weekly across varied shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, the Trust, and service delivery teams to fulfill contractual obligations with high standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate tasks related to reactive and planned maintenance for both internal teams and subcontractors.
- Work collaboratively with IT and CAFM departments to improve digital tools and optimize Service Centre procedures.
- Oversee contractor-related processes including site inductions and adherence to protocols to guarantee smooth on-site operations.
- Monitor ongoing activities daily to identify and mitigate risks of service failures proactively.
- Maintain comprehensive records of schedules, diaries, and purchase orders adhering strictly to corporate policies.
